Max L. N. Gonçalves

Max Leandro Nobre Gonçalves is an associate professor at the Institute of Mathematics and Statistic at Universidade federal de  Goiás. He is graduate in mathematics from Universidade Estadual de Goiás (2003) and master in mathematics from Universidade Federal de Goiás (2007). He received his Ph.D. in Systems Engineering and Computing from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2011. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia Tech, Estados Unidos in 2015. His current research interests are focused on theory and methods for  continuous optimization.
